Sunday, May 6

“Springtide” at the Old Closter Dock   A new-fangled, old-fashioned Hudson Valley celebration of spring, with music & games, a traditional riverside fish bake, fun & learning for all ages (with river seining, Native American survival skills, and just plain horsing around!). 11 am–4  pm, with free sampler plates of baked fish at 2 pm.

New this year: Join an old-fashioned barn dance at the pavilionstop in for a stomp and a twirl any time from 1–4  pm. For all ages, all abilities—no experience needed!

All events take place at and around the historic picnic pavilion at Alpine Boat Basin & Picnic Area (PIP Exit 2) and are free! Light refreshments available for purchase all afternoon, or bring a picnic lunch!
