Photo & Filming Permits

Permits are required for photographing or filming in the park, including for weddings, commercial shoots, and student projects.
Apply for a photo or filming permit in advance by calling 201 768-1360; the 2012 permit form can be downloaded here (.pdf file, 2 pages).
Wedding photo permit: $25.
Non-Profit/Student/Portfolio: $200/day.
Small-scale Commercial: $600/day.
Large-scale Commercial: $1,200/day.
Please inquire for other rates—additional fees may apply depending on scale and complexity of event (e.g., a $200 refundable security deposit for large productions, etc.).
Permittee must present a valid driver's license and consent of insurance coverage.
