Individuals can sign up to be notified of major volunteer projects, to request a volunteer position at one of our historic sites or in some other capacity in the Park, or to complete a community service requirement for their school or organization.

In 2007… Volunteers from NBA's corporate office cleaned up the old bathhouse and beach at the Bloomer's area at the Englewood Boat Basin & Picnic Area, top. Above, some before-and-after shots taken the day of the project. Below, volunteers from Northern Valley Regional High School–Old Tappan built steps on the Long Path as part of their senior service work.
Volunteers from Volvo Cars of North America, LLC, based in neighboring Rockleigh, New Jersey, help reclaim the long disused picnic grounds north of the pavilion at the Alpine Picnic Area. (Thanks, neighbors!)
